DO NOT DO IT
I DO NOT recommend living here if you expect management to take noise complaints seriously. Since a new tenant moved in above me several months ago, I’ve been dealing with frequent and disruptive noise—specifically their dog running and banging throughout the apartment, including late at night around midnight and even as late as 3 AM.
When I raised this concern with management and provided three videos (where the noise is clearly audible), I was told, “It’s a dog, there’s nothing we can do” and... “the tenant has the right to have a dog.” Despite one video being reviewed in person and acknowledged for its noise, management later claimed they couldn’t hear anything in the videos I emailed—an excuse that feels dismissive and dishonest. When I requested corporate’s contact information to escalate the issue, I was told that this is a privately owned property and that all complaints would simply be redirected to the same management office. Based on other Google reviews, this seems to be a common experience here. Additionally, the “valet trash” service I pay for is unreliable—trash often sits outside for days. When I raised this concern, I suddenly began receiving notices accusing me of not following trash procedures, which were inaccurate. Beyond that, I returned from vacation to find a scratch on my vehicle, and on another occasion my side rearview mirror was pushed out of position—both incidents occurred while my car was parked on the property. Unfortunately, I am locked into my lease until December, or I would have already moved. I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews when I signed—please don’t make the same mistake.
