PLEASE READ: This property is unique and not for everyone. While the entrance road off of Yellow mountain is only around 2 tenths a mile to the cabin, it's a steep rocky mountain road. During ice/snow days, tenant will need to coordinate with neighbors to park at the base. Roanoke County picks up trash weekly, but tenant will have to transport can from cabin to Yellow Mountain Rd and back. Additionally, there is a 1 acre grass field that must be maintained during growth seasons and plethora of leaves that must be cleared during Fall season. Water and sewer are included in rent; tenant covers all other utilities. Pets may be allowed depending on breed/age and will require increased security deposit.
