Spacious
The view is wonderful. Apartments have such great lighting and are very spacious. Its perfect for a small family and the community and staff is wonderful. Service is fast and well managed.

Would not recommend
1) Mold was a major issue/health hazard due to leaking pipes above our bedroom bathroom. Staff covered up mold without solving the leaking pipes above until we complained multiple times.
2) Smoke seeped into apartment and staff were not helpful to resolve the issue or allow of us to move until we threatened to contact an attorney.
3) The internet is expensive, unreliable, and one of many examples of how the organization rips off tenants.
4) Beware of the automatic renewal clause in the contract... , which is another example of this "luxury" apartment complex preying on unsuspecting tenants.
5) Much of the exercise equipment is broken and has been for almost 2 years. Quality establishment.

The Misleading Rental
My husband and I moved into this apartment 6 years ago at which time we were very impressed with but over the years it has deminished. The best feature seems to be the landscape..but we do not live outside.They need to be brought into the new era such as granite , hardwoods, ceiling fans, walk-in showers..for what we pay it should have all the amenities..Love the area..

Sunscape Apartments
The apartments are very open with quite a bit of natural light. The racquetball is definitely a plus as well. They office staff are very helpful, but the evening hours could be a little longer to accommodate those who work or are students. Overall it's a great place to live.

Sunscape apts
Apartments are well maintained, service is fast and friendly, grounds are pretty. Nice gym,hot tub and pool all well keept. They allow large dogs and are strict about clean up with pet owners so grounds look nice. They work hard to keep all areas clean, no trash in parking areas they clean daily. They hire companies for lawn care, when it starts snowing they keep sidewalks and parking lot clear. Awesome place to live, great people work here!! A very nice place to call HOME!!
