I'm happy here at Kings Reserve the management is very nice and helpful.
Wendy does an excellent job with the activities and helpful when someone needs it, Wendy, Claudia and Charles always take time to listen and accoknolage you.
The team here works very well together.

Kings Reserve is a great place to call home. The facility is great, the staff is great and the residents are awesome. The activities are on point. I love it here!

Overall KRS is an acceptable place to live. The updated aesthetic improvements have created a new, upscale environment. I originally moved here because of its perceived “value”. However due to recent changes in utility cost management, my “value” evaluation has lowered. Has it changed enough to initiate a move elsewhere, I’m not sure. KRS does provide my basic needs of shelter, location and social connections.

It’s so obvious that the cooperate plans for Kings Reserve Sterling and the management staff efforts are combining to to make “our home” here a higher standard and everyday I move through the property I can’t help but notice the vision is taking shape in the most amazing ways
