Just moved into a beautiful townhouse here at Pax Place at Cascades! Everything is top notch! I worked with Shab! She did a terrific job! I worked with her on the initial tour and to do all the paperwork when I signed the lease. The rest of the staff in the office are wonderful as well. Very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. The new townhomes here are also very luxurious! The double-stack garages, large kitchens with large center island, and lake front view are what sold me! Overall,... great experience! I'm looking forward to seeing how the place comes alive when the rest of the homes get rented. Should be a really cool vibe!

Pax Place at Cascades is an exciting new community in the Sterling, VA area. They have multiple floor plans to choose from. The prices are reasonable. Pax Place falls between a nice 2 bedroom apartment and a brand new townhouse. It's also in a great location; right at the intersection of Route 7 and 28. So, if you need more space, but not ready to buy you should definitely take a look at Pax Place at Cascades!

I’ve only been here a short time but I’ve had an excellent experience so far. I had one maintenance issue, which was resolved promptly. The office and maintenance staff have been wonderful.
