Amazing Apartments, Location and Management
11 out of 10 stars ?? and 2 Thumbs up ????. These are Amazing, stunning spacious apartments. Site Manager Panyha and all of the Managment is very caring, helpful and make you feel like family/friends.
Maintenance team also very helpful when needed and keep apartments looking great and clean.
Lots of parking, great pool and playground. Right next to multiple food locations, gas station and library.
If you need an amazing, cozy, beautiful place to live than these apartments are where you need... to go.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS ; GREAT LOCATION !
From previous experience(s), I've learned that the process of submitting documentation, processing and approval for Low Income/Tax Credit housing (or anything Government related/funded) can be VERY TEDIOUS! This is almost NEVER at the fault of those who work directly on property/in leasing office ...
From my very first inquiry in June 2019 (prior to officially opening), up to the day I moved in October 2019, I've received nothing less than exceptional hospitality/customer service! Panyha, the... property manager, especially has been most obliging. As anyone who has transitioned into a new home can understand , I became very anxious at times. Panyha remained her patience with me and answered all of my questions/follow up emails in a timely manner. On lease signing day, she was flexible and even made time to accommodate my last min appointment change! I really appreciate the warm welcoming I've received!
Tayjuan (leasing agent), was also extremely helpful. He is always pleasant, professional and willing to help!
Overall, I am impressed by how prompt, organized and smooth my move-in was. To top it off, the apartments are BEAUTIFUL and very spacious! Needless to say, I'd recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live in a great location!
