Health and Safety Issue

I feel this complex has unfortunately changed. I personally did not feel safe here. I ended up leaving quickly because I was worried about my health and safety in that environment. Based on my experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Shady - Steer Clear

Lived there for 1.5 years, they will do anything to get more money out of you, I attempted to break my lease around 2 mo early for work reasons and they sent me a bill for 4x the amount owed on the remainder of my lease because she "thought that's what it should be", then when I moved (after having the apartment professionally steam cleaned and the carpets wet vacuumed) they sent me a $500 bill for the floors being dirty in addition to keeping my deposit. Attempted to contact them about it and… they won't respond.

Not for Military families

Wonderful complex to live in unless you are Military. They are treating my military son like a criminal. They don’t honor orders and make it difficult to move. The paperwork that is required to move even with military orders are complex and difficult to navigate with this complex. They will continue to charge you rent until you figure out the loopholes they have in place. Not very willing to negotiate on monies either. In these Covid years I would have thought they would be more willing to work… with people. I do not recommend living here if you are military.
