Summer Station Apartments

Great place to live. Aileen the property manager always takes time to answer our questions and help us no matter what she has going on. Maintenance is always spot on and the property shows its age well. Great community parties

They put you on hold for so many weeks, even if you make 6 times the cost of the monthly apartments rate .The staff is very friendly but they don’t know nothing about paper work.the units are old too old, they think they are renting you a 5 start apartment. Poor apartment quality very out to date units. You have more options in the area don’t fall for this mediocre units.

So I got my military orders early and they tried to say I didn’t make the last months rent payment .. which I clearly have receipts for and bank statements.. there are spiders everywhere can’t even walk up the steps without a panic attack. Get fined for every little thing.. my own car was stolen and they did nothing.. my car was towed and did nothing and I lived here.. cars and packages both been broken into and stolen... began treating me like crap knowing I had early orders to go back out to… sea.. and i already assume they are going to rip me a new one for moving out.. once they realize you aren’t renewing your lease they try to threaten you with court dates of non payment of rent that was obviously paid Read More

My biggest regret is not looking up reviews about this apartment complex before moving in. That’s why I’m taking the time to write this so hopefully I can save someone from making the same mistake .
Before moving in , you will be shown a model apartment. But don’t be surprised when you come to find out that your apartment looks NOTHING like the model. The apartments are extremely outdated and our washer/dryer ruined our clothes. Which maintenance never managed to fix. After almost a year of… being here , the jacuzzi is STILL “under construction”. Not to mention, the flooring here is HORRIFIC!!! Our ceiling would creak throughout the apartment from just our neighbors walking. Also, We could hear every conversation from our upstairs AND downstairs neighbors’. My husband and I are far from high maintnece, but when you pay a higher rent than some of the apartments around the area, you would only hope to get what you pay for .
