Don’t rent here

I moved in shortly after they opened in 2023. The first year living here was close to perfect. Fire alarms went off more than they should have but I can deal with that considering the apartment is gorgeous, they have great amenities including valet trash elevators and you can pay for a reserved parking spot in the garage. Ok so I renewed my lease and that is when the problems started. November 2025 I started seeing German cockroaches in my unit. I am very clean don’t leave out any food or... anything so I’m like where are they coming from? I put in a maintenance request right away. My apartment was “treated” every other week from November to now. I don’t see them everyday but I see them enough to know the treatment isn’t working. I took pictures. Documented everything to the management team. It took from November to January for the pest control people to even put traps down. So what were they doing all the time?! I was told this is an “isolated incident “ and no one else in the entire building has complained. I refuse to believe roaches just showed up in my unit only. I finally had enough and got the Harris boric acid tablets. That kept them at bay I didn’t see any new ones. I’m literally counting the days until I can move out of here! These past 4 months dealing with this pest issue has been the worst. As overpriced as it is to stay here, I should have been given some compensation or something. Just be warned. Just a matter of time before they wander around the building.

You will not be able to get any rest.

While the apartment itself has potential, the overall experience has been frustrating. Noise is a constant issue, and despite repeated complaints, it doesn’t feel like meaningful action is ever taken. Communication is another major problem—emails often take a week (or longer) to get a response, which is unacceptable for a property at this price point.

Management frequently says issues will be handled, but follow-through is inconsistent. For how expensive these apartments are, I expected a much...
higher level of responsiveness and accountability. Unfortunately, the cost does not match the quality of service or living experience.

Live here if you love getting your sleep schedule ruined

The fire alarm has gone off enough times for each month of the year to have had 3. People don't even evacuate when they hear them because we all know its either because of an oversensitive fire alarm, maintenance tampering with it for SOME reason at the worst times of the day/night or stupid residents who smoke under the fire alarms. Management could literally not care less about them.

DONT DO IT

I honestly regret choosing this complex and can’t wait until my lease is up. If I could give 0 stars I would! When we first moved in, there were major issues with basic utilities. The water wasn’t even connected to our apartment initially, and they had to come fix it without offering any compensation for their mistakes. Six months later, we discovered a leak behind the wall that was not discovered until there was mold, which made us sick. Despite the high water bills due to the leak, the... management never provided any compensation, although they did eventually “fix” it. The fire alarms are a constant annoyance, going off at least once a week & in the middle of the night even. Management seems more focused on whats on your balcony, installing speed bumps and charging tenants if their packages sit too long in the mailroom rather than addressing actual safety concerns. Cars are frequently broken into or stolen from both the parking lot and garage. My own car has been broken into twice, and my significant other once even when parked in the supposedly "secure" area. There are no cameras anywhere near where cars are parked, and management does nothing to address this ongoing issue. They simply tell tenants to file a police report, but without any help from the complex, what are the police supposed to do? Clearly these people know how to avoid the “cameras” this complex has installed. The police have even stated that dozens of cars get broken into out here & that we should contact management to have more cameras installed. Believe me we have tried and NOTHING! & Don’t get me started on the “secure building” We have witnessed many individuals just enter the elevators and wait for someone on a different floor to get into the building. So much for secured! The walls in these apartments are paper-thin, and you can hear anything & everything going on next door, above and even below your apartment. It's impossible to have any privacy especially with all the inspections. All of the glowing 5-star reviews seem to come from people who have only lived here for a short time, and I suspect the complex even asks tenants to leave them after they sign the lease. The management doesn’t seem to care about the safety or well-being of its residents. In fact, they responded to a 1-star review by thanking the tenant for leaving a “5-star review” — which is just ridiculous because clearly they did not. There are much better places available for less money.
