Misleading Information on Website

I reviewed the ratings by the actual residents of Two Hundred West which were all very positive. I also noticed many 1-star ratings due to poor or no communication from office management. I should have taken heed of the 1-star raters. Nevertheless, I scheduled an online appointment to tour the complex. I received an immediate email response, confirming my appt., followed by an email reminder on the next day. I visited Two Hundred at the time scheduled and was told that there was no appointment… for me. There are no openings now or in the future. In other words, the website information is misleading. Why would the property management not correct this?!

Great Staff!!!

I’ve been living at 200 West since October of 2019 and at first I will say that the prior staff/ agents in the office were unfriendly and kinda rude!!! This was preventing me from resigning my lease and renewing sad to say! However upon meeting Faith and Christina my mind changed not only because they provided warm and friendly customer service but they go above and beyond to help and accommodate their residents, which is so important! So I’ll be staying and I couldn’t be happier all of my… expectations were met!!!!! Thank you ladies, 5 stars and kudos to you all!!!

i will definitely recommend

i would recommend these apartments, they’re nice and spacious. oh & affordable. the only problem is living on the 4th floor with no elevator. its a hassle with groceries but other than that i love it.
