The large laundry room, located on the ground level just off the kitchen, comes equipped with a washer and dryer along with a vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board. The primary suite on the second floor features a king-sized bed, a large TV with basic cable, a ceiling fan, a large dresser, a very large walk-in closet, and a private balcony with rockers. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a spacious standing glass shower, dual sinks, and a private toilet area. Two queen-size bedrooms on the second floor share a spacious hallway bathroom with dual sinks, a tub-shower combination, and a toilet.
