The worst !!!!

Infested with roaches appliances rarely work hallway filthy!!! This place is ridiculous. If you move here you will regret it!

Terrible apartments

My apartment is infested with roaches. The people in the office say they have no clue but the unit has said roaches have been a problem for over a year. They do nothing to help expect spray which actually makes it worst. I’ve only been here a for a few months and have been miserable non stop. I can not cook in my apartment let alone sleep.

Warning!!! Not Cool at all...

In the year that I have lived here there have been three incidents of the apartments catching on fire and two other incidents of not being able to get to your house due to the amount of cop cars that have blocked off the entrances and exits. The floors squeaked horribly (until I fixed them myself.. you are welcome Berkshire) Your car will get towed if you forget to put the updated registration sticker on your license plate. Oh, and don't ever be late for rent! I admit to being late on rent one… month ... To Berkshire Apartments, that means it is time for court ... 2 days late and you get a notice on your door handle letting all of your neighbors know that you are being taken to court (like a criminal.) Not even a friendly warning ... Don't not "live" here... The move in special is soooo not worth the crass owners who only care about squeezing your hard earned wages out of you.

Berkshire Apartments

The rent is more than reasonable for a two bedroom, two bath apartment. Work orders and requests are responded to in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly. Occasionally, the staff will offer pool parties in the summer for the complex. The pool is on the small side, but I'm more of a beach person. The only negative is the no pet policy. As I am a huge animal lover, sometimes my days are quite unbearable without the company of an animal.
All in all, not a bad place to live.

Finally a place I enjoy

I moved in in February 2015 and barely leave the house, other than work. My son and I absolutely love our apartment. I have done a lot of decorating in such a short time and plan to do a lot more. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The maintenance crew is efficient and always willing to come fix any problems you may have in your home. The leasing staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They are always smiling. The pool is a plus!!! I would recommend moving here! I don't plan to… move no time soon. Hope this is helpful. Good luck in your search!
