Maintenance people are great! Land lord and people in office are rude and don’t care about there tenants unless it’s about rent.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Typically I take reviews with a big grain of salt, but I'm warning you - BEWARE OF ARTCRAFT MANAGEMENT AND EASTWIND APARTMENTS! DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.
I've lived here for two years and just put up with some stuff because the price per square foot was the best for the area. My AC upstairs has never worked very well and is now almost gone, I've had roaches since day one, all repairs look like a child did them, and the Senior Property Manager is the worst I've ever seen.... I made them aware of the issues but they did nothing consistently. I even have an outstanding ticket for moisture coming through my walls they haven't attended to.
They've marked holes for repair and haven't completed them therefore acknowledging a problem (also making them liable if someone falls...), they just sat a tree in a hole and let it die instead of planting it, the dog park is INFESTED with fleas, apartments aren't cleaned before you move in... I could go on and on.
I've submitted payments and they've told me I've submitted them wrong, then won't provide proof and I've had to pay over $300 in feels now. I paid via ACH and ON TIME for TWO YEARS and not only would they not investigate or provide proof/information, they wouldn't waive the fees or exercise due diligence to investigate the matter.
Adriana is the WORST property manager I've ever dealt with; believe the comments below when they say she's unprofessional and rude. Everyone has bad days, but she's simply bad at her job.

Worst Move Ever
I’ve been living here for about a year now, I’ve been complaining to the office staff about black mold for about 6 months now and the only result I’ve gotten has been maintenance coming in and painting over it. The office staff is awful. When I was calling about the mold issue, I would call repeatedly without anyone answering or returning my voicemails. Adrianna is the worst property manager this place could possibly have. She seems nice before you move in, but afterwards you realize she has an... awful attitude and just like the rest of the office staff, couldn’t care less about the tenants

Not worth it
I've had to call maintenance no less than 7 times since I moved in 2.5 months ago. Their dryer barely dries my clothes in one cycle, I have to do the tiniest loads. My energy bill is sky high because of it and I've called several times to have it fixed. I've pretty much just given up now. And now my air has gone out for the 2nd time. I saw the mediocre reviews but chose this place because of the way the apartment is setup and the staff was so nice. It's quiet and safe and seems like it would be... okay if it wasn't so rundown. Had I known that the floor is literally uneven like the ground outside or that I'd be constantly calling maintenance I would not have chosen to live here. I really regret staying here and I'm considering breaking my lease.

Absolute garbage
Been living here for a year and I found black mold in the closet with my a.c. unit and they painted over it the head maintenance man said he has a key to every apartment and can go in then when ever he want and he take what he wants and smokes pot the office staff is the absolute worst no regard for how they talk to or treat people and they blame tenants for stuff that breaks they don't care about our health or safety and they treat the tenants like were less than them and they refuse to... properly fix stuff in my apartment so I guess my next step is to call a state inspector or go to court for negligence and criminal misconduct.
