Hampton Apartments

After filling out paper applications there still wanting you to fill out application on line. Shouldn't have to jump threw hoops just to rent an apartment. Thats just ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to live there.

Via the leasing office, I chose an available dates/time that they provided during the week prior for an apartment tour. I took off work and drove an hour to be there for the tour.

Upon arrival, I was told there was nothing available to tour. I left after being at the apartment complex for maybe one minute.

There was zero communication from the leasing office about this beforehand, except for an email that read that they were “excited to see me and show me everything they had to offer”....

Got keys on 19th - was told at walk through i am paying for a "remodeled unit and ALL WOULD BE FIXED IN A WEEK. haha.. shower ceiling has holes, toilet runs, toilet not secured to floor, closet doors either not on closet or don't open. sliding door - LEAKS BADLY when it rains, kitchen faucet needs plyers to operate, drain does not work properly, countertop is broken, cannot get into mailbox or cannot get to operate outside storage "shed" more to list.. management company keeps saying later today... or "tomorrow" today is 2 weeks later and note even shown up to look at. there is actually more but i can't keep typing.. I moved in to the Hamptons in January. Everyone is very polite and respectful. They fix any issue in a timely manner. As with any neighborhood nothing or no one is perfect. The apt. is beautiful as well.

I didn't know if I should post or not because, I've dealt with so much messed up stuff and rude behavior... But, I cannot stay silent and them continue to hurt people. I've lived here since 2019. I honestly wanted to move years ago but, being pregnant, covid and the rent market has had me and my children stuck here. The only good thing about this apartment is they are big and the school district. Other than that, its been nothing but BS! I've been lied to, talked to like crap,... and treated poorly all around. When we moved in, the deck was a safety hazard and it took them over a year to fix it. The apartments have had roaches from day 1, mice, mold, and maintenance is completely horrible!! They really do not fix anything! I am a mother of 4 and they let us live with no heat or AC for months! I have a bathroom I cannot use, my garbage despoil isn't working, windows aren't put in right so its constantly letting in air, bathroom mirrors are a safety hazard & now all of my work orders & payment of utilities are magically gone. The pool is unavailable, the washer and dryers are now gone out of the apartment complexes, mailbox is broken so I have to go to the post office, the crime out here is INSANE!
