Great Place
My fiancé and I moved here August 2020 and we love it so far. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and Kim (manager) is awesome, helpful, and really cares about the tenants. Not to mention Purcell (maintenance) is always on top of things and fast, too! There’s assigned parking but a lot of parking for visitors also. The apartments are roomy, clean, and beautiful! I would highly recommend living here.

A Place to call Home
My wife and I lived at Herons Point for over two years, and we loved every minute of it! The staff are quick to make you feel at home, and always more than friendly and attentive to our needs. The inside of each apartment is VERY clean and modern with plenty of space and a great floorplan. The neighbors are awesome too! It's not uncommon to stop and have a good chat with a neighbor as you pass by, or really get to know those that live right next to you! Plenty of happy dogs and dog owners around... too!

Amazing Staff, Great location
Great place to live only 1.5 miles from the beach. Kim (property manager) is wonderful. Maintenance is fantastic. Recently replaced windows, deck, sliding glass doors. The owner cares about the property. Left because we bought a house. Loved living there.

A step above!
Moved in from out of state and loved it immediately. Staff is always available and maintenance handled immediately. Nice small community with Easy access to the beach and shopping. Only drawback is that the jets are noisy.
