Leasing office team is great. Tanner (the agent I signed with) always greats me by my name- even if he is in the middle of something. In this day and age of ghosting and swipe left and all the other instant methods people used to dismiss others. It is very refreshing and so professional encounter a team like the ones in this leasing office!

I love living at LInkhorn Bay Apartments. I have a water view from my balcony and I love it. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Great location for the beach, restaurants, shopping and the interstate. I highly recommend Linkhorn Bay Apartments!!

It’s filthy everywhere; there are dead insects all over the place. No one cleans the stairs, and there are cobwebs everywhere—the whole place is neglected.

It's ok. Could be better and units are old and need real updating as opposed to the minimal amount of renewal that currently exists
