Staff is very friendly and very responsive, good amenities, parking can be a challenge for visitors. I love the lake view and all of the ducks!

Addison was very thorough and friendly throughout the whole process. Originally, I had planned to move in on December 4th, but if you check the almanac, there was a torrential downpour that day, along with really cold temperatures. I ended up moving in the 6th instead. I told her it was fine, that I would sign the lease papers as originally drafted, and essentially pay for the 2 days I hadn’t resided there. She re-drafted all the paperwork to adjust for that 2 day period, which didn’t save me a... critical amount of money per se, but it did save me a little bit. In this day and age where companies seem to only eye the bottom line, that gesture was a nice reminder that good people still exist. Other members of the staff have also been almost like friends when entering the leasing office. Carrie, at the Escape, was also really friendly when I first walked in, gave me a tour and all the things. Linkhorn Bay is always on top of any preventive maintenance as well as any service request. A professional and friendly staff! Always ready to help you. The maintenance staff and offfce staff are excellent!
This complex is close to the expressway, oceanfront, restaurants and entertainment which is awesome. Whether you are here for long term rental or while you search for a home, you will love it!

We have lived her for a long time, intend on being here for lots more to come. The staff is friendly, our maintenance man Mike is the bomb, the amenities are amazing. Office does events for us, even helped us get this place after Riverfront for our daughter because of the view. Above and beyond.
