I actually loved living here. My lease is up soon due to a non renewal. I still don't have anything negative to say. only reason I have for a 4 star rating, is that the gate has been inoperable for almost half my lease. but I still never had any issues. maintenance and office staff always friendly. would definitely stay for another 15 months if I could.

Not safety anybody can come around at night because gate always open at night for many months now they say they will fix it but they never do

Very helpful staff. Doesn't hesitate to get someone out to your apartment if something is broken. Plenty of amenities (probably why the price of rent is so high) and they even have little events from time to time. The place is always clean and the apartments are very nice looking and spacious.

I was excited about this place prior to moving in Aug 9 but that quickly changed. I paid extra because of the short term lease and the full amenities weren't even built. I definitely lost by choosing this complex and would never recommend to anyone. Springwater was my second choice because I used to visit all the time. Consider them before this place!

1. I was told the gate would be up by the time i moved in. It wasn't and was later told 2 weeks after moving in. Then was told it would be up in… the fall. When asked again, I was told it was in the works and that it's "not a security gate, only an access gate". That gate went up sometime in October and wasn't active until Jan 4.
2. If you have a nice car, get a car garage! They use hard water to water the grass areas. The water sprinklers spray not only the grass but all over the cars leaving damaging water spots. When I expressed my concern because I drove an expensive vehicle, the lady in the office replied with a condescending "well everyone's cars are expensive nowadays".
3. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. I could hear my neighbors conversations at normal speaking volumes in the bedroom. I could hear the person above me walk anywhere in his apartment and even when he utilized the toilet. Also a lot of young military members live here. My neighbors would have parties throughout the night and early morning.
4. Make sure you do the final walk through with them. Do not trust them. I was waiting for a walkthrough on my last day and when no one came over I went to the office. They just asked for my keys and said that was it. Foolish me was ok because I was in a hurry. Weeks later as I'm deployed I'm sent pictures and a list of things I had to pay for. My apartment was spotless and nothing was damaged upon my exit.
5. They leave notices on the door and multiple times they'd drop off other's personal leasing information to my door. Which is how I'm thinking they mixed my apartment with someone else's during the final out.
6. The complex was rushed to be built. When I moved in they were still doing construction outside the building so there was constant loud noise every morning. Just money hungry and quick to move people in before construction was completed. Read More
