Great place
Best community ever!! The pool opened up this summer so my kids have been enjoying them selves in this heat with a nice cold dip. Office staff is friendly, maintenance staff are friendly, even the neighbors are friendly.

Ocean Gates
Pretty good place to stay. You don't pay for water. The only thing is there's an ant problem but you can get ant traps to fix that. Management isn't all that great.Overall its a decent place
