EXCELLENT SENIOR HOUSING!

I need to address the unnecessary, out of place and totally undeserved 1* review someone gave recently about this wonderful and much needed senior housing complex that had nothing to do with the apartments, service or quality of life in this place... but a rant criticizing it because this person felt these types of senior restricted income housing shuts out others from getting decent housing! While true that more affortable housing is needed for younger working class people it is totally unfair… and unwarranted to lower The Arbor of Birchwoods ratings solely on their personal frustration and no facts whatsoever as to what this beautiful complex is all about!... Living here is a dream and I highly recommend it to seniors looking for a lovely apartment to live with a welcoming community!

SENIOR ONLY LIVING

Senior-only apartment developments can hurt communities by limiting housing choices for younger workers and families, reducing age diversity, and weakening local schools and businesses. When too much housing is restricted by age, communities may struggle to attract employees, support long-term growth, and maintain balanced, connected neighborhoods for everyone to thrive.
