Vantage Apartments

Vantage apartments are such an amazing apartment community to live in. They're large one bedrooms are very spacious and come with an amazing walk in closet. The entire staff here is outstanding and the maintenance department handles request instantaneously. By moving here you certainly cannot pick a better location, it is close to amazing restaurants and a quick jump to the interstate. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Quietly tucked away off a main thoroughfare in Virginia Beach, the best reason to live in Vantage Apartments is the impressively friendly and helpful staff that I have come to think of as extended family. Lexi in the rental office is easily the most kind and thoughtful person I have ever had to deal with when renting an apartment. Carl and John (in charge of maintenance) are pretty awesome as well. Nice neighbors, too - come check it out!

Lexi and Karl are top notch and make you feel at home as soon as you are signing the lease. Lexi patiently answered all of our questions. I knew as soon as we signed our lease walked and into our apartment, we had made the right choice. I have owned my own home, also rented many different places in my 59 years. Vantage point apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice, big and spacious, huge walk in closets. One of my favorite things is they keep everything very clean. Maintance is avilable everyday monday thru friday. we see him everyday he ask if everythng is ok with the apartment. all the office people are always avilable to help. They do contest for the residents to win different things. The... apartments has cookouts or picnics for the residents differnt times of year. I have never lived any place where the apartment complex cared about the residents like Vanage Apartments does. The apartments have a location in the middle of the complex where you can cookout they have picnic tables and grills for us to use. they have a seperate area for you to walk your dogs and they even supply doggy bags for when your dog goes #2... we sit back far enough off the road you dont hear traffic,We have big beautiful tree's all around us you dont even feel like your in the city. It's a quit area
The location is outstanding and the rent isn't bad at all for the location. It is close to the beach, close to shopping, good places to eat and to just hang out.

I have only lived in a few apartments but this one is by far the best. The front office staff of Lexi and Carl are so helpful and make it easy to get things done when you work a lot. They always follow up and follow through on their tasks to make sure it is taken care of.
