Do NOT recommend!

Where do I begin? I’ve been living here for about 4 months now. The maintenance and leasing office are very unreliable and have horrible communication. Every week I have to call the property because something goes wrong. The dryer never works as well as the air conditioning. It takes several, several phone calls to get anything done. I understand it could be due to staffing, but when I’m told over, and over again that someone will be by and NO ONE ever does, it gets very very old. I’ve expressed... my concerns and nothing is done about it. It has been never ending since we moved here. The internet is also TERRIBLE, and you have to use theirs. It doesn’t even reach the other side of the apartment and cuts in and out constantly. You HAVE to pay for trash removal and has been a common occurrence that they don’t come by the days they are scheduled to. If I’m paying for it I expect it to be taken care of if there’s no way to opt out of paying for it.

Wonderful Community Apartments are spacious with all amenities I was looking for. There’s also a pool, fitness center, and huge lake with ducks and geese. Very happy and impressed with these apartments!

Great experience I went on over 10 tours is the few days I was in town and this was one of my favorite. It was easy to schedule my tour and then reschedule once my other tours ran longer. Jessica was very welcoming and patient. Answered all of the 100s of questions I had and never made us feel she was rushing through the tour. I also noticed her picking up a water bottle she happened to pass on the floor outside which tells me how much the staff cares about keeping the community clean. We also... briefly met another employee, a young man working with Jessica. ( I didn’t get his name) and he was also very friendly and pleasant. Thank you again. I’ll be making my decision soon.
