Where do I begin? I’ve been living here for about 4 months now. The maintenance and leasing office are very unreliable and have horrible communication. Every week I have to call the property because something goes wrong. The dryer never works as well as the air conditioning. It takes several, several phone calls to get anything done. I understand it could be due to staffing, but when I’m told over, and over again that someone will be by and NO ONE ever does, it gets very very old. I’ve expressed... my concerns and nothing is done about it. It has been never ending since we moved here. The internet is also TERRIBLE, and you have to use theirs. It doesn’t even reach the other side of the apartment and cuts in and out constantly. You HAVE to pay for trash removal and has been a common occurrence that they don’t come by the days they are scheduled to. If I’m paying for it I expect it to be taken care of if there’s no way to opt out of paying for it.
