We Don't Recommend
I lived at Quadrangle for over two years, and there were a lot of difficulties we had. Multiple times during our time, the auto-pay system they use went down, causing our payments not to go through. We then had to dispute late fees with management as well as "no-renters insurance fees" when we still had active insurance.
Management was difficult to get ahold of. There were many times we went to the office in person to speak with management, and it felt like they were never there during their... stated office hours. I even sent emails, and many of them were unanswered.
The quality of the apartments themselves is mid at best. The vinyl flooring was scratched when we moved in, the walls/trim were poorly painted, and it wasn't what I would consider clean when we moved in(hair still in the corner of the bathroom, thumb tacks in the walls, and carpet).
The maintenance could definitely be better as well. The person they sent to paint the doors one summer literally painted over the peck holes on the door. We had to hand the painter a Q-tip to clean the whole. They also need to have more people available because we had two holes in our ceiling for weeks due to two separate leaks. One of the leaks they knew about for months and "fixed", but because they didn't fix the leaking roof, the ceiling was still leaking. Maintenance was also often late to arrive, even though they set the time frame for their arrival.
They will raise your rent when you go to sign a second lease, and although the introductory rent price seems reasonable, once they raise it 8.5%, it starts to feel less worth it. We tried to ask them why the second lease price was so much more, and they told us "upgrades." (Our apartment had received no additional renovations or amenities at that time.) We pressed more about the large increase, and they said that it was a "normal" amount for leases to increase by. This is not true; the average rent increase for renewals is about 3-5% in the US. In the end, we never got a clear answer on why the rent went up that much.
I hope our experience at Quadrangle will help you if you're searching for a place in Waybesnoro.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience at Quadrangle. We understand your frustration and want to provide some clarity around a few of the concerns you mentioned.
During your residency, maintenance records reflect that reported water leaks were... addressed, including engaging an outside vendor to repair the roof. Wet drywall was removed to allow proper drying and prevent further issues, which unfortunately did take additional time due to the nature of the repair. While delays are never ideal, these steps were taken to address the root cause rather than apply a temporary fix.
Regarding maintenance scheduling, our team does its best to communicate arrival windows and any delays when they occur. Even minor delays can be frustrating, and we acknowledge that this impacted your experience.
Lease renewal pricing is based on market conditions and operational costs at the time of renewal. In your case, the increase reflected a standard renewal adjustment, not a unit-specific upgrade. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for and regret that this was not communicated more clearly during the renewal process.
Some of the issues referenced occurred prior to changes in our maintenance team, and since then, improvements have been made to staffing and response processes. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps inform future improvements.
