Not the forever home I hoped for
When I first moved in I thought I'd found my forever home. Brand new complex looking so pretty. However, now many months later with constant change in management and now over a month and a half without a maintenance man, things are deteriorating rapidly. There are plumbing issues in multiple units. The elevator is always breaking down. And when you try to address with whatever management happens to be on site at the time you basically just get a... We will look into it. But nothing really ever… gets done. This is so disappointing in a senior community. I don't think the management company cares at all about the residents. The "free" Wi-Fi is useless so you have to upgrade so you're going to be looking at another $50 a month. Yes, there is a computer room. However, the computers don't work and neither does the printers. I really wish that I had someplace else to go but affordable housing is hard to find in Williamsburg. So in good conscience cannot recommend this place any longer.
