This place was taken over. There have been 2 homicides in the last 6 months. At night, women cannot park near their house of they rent a car because the apartment has a "sticker" only policy and all the visitor parking is inadequate - its always full with the same cars that means either their are people staying g here that don't rent here or there are people that won't register their cars. Maintenance routines (like pest control requests) are ignored. No one from the office has walk the… complex at night to see all the lights out between the buildings. I rented an apartment here online as I was relocating from out of state. I have been totally unhappy with this complex. The majority of the tenants seem to be Section 8 and have no pride in their living environment. The grounds is littered with trash, the dumpster are always overflowing and have trash and discarded furniture around it. I embarrassing eyesore! The police are called to the complex frequently arresting people. I have had horrible upstairs neighbors who allow the children to ride… their hovercraft indoors for hours on end past midnight frequently; who had loud partys past 2am, smoking Marijuana on the balcony and throwing their trash and blunts on my patio and who have woke me up past midnight many times. 09/19 I had a bullet shot into my bedroom wall in the middle of the night. I have had police knock numerous on my door looking for various people. I have witnessed groups of teenagers and young men buy and smoking Marijuana around the outside of my building and other buildings. I do not recommend this complex if you want a clean, safe home.
