The Maintenance Team is incredibly helpful; especially two gentlemen, Sonny and Russell Thanks guys! Your hard work is noted, and to the ladies in the office I appreciated you keeping me updated through out the day.

If you are looking for a horrible place to live this is your place. A new company took over a couple of years ago and this place has gone down hill ever since. The maintenance men who were here only last less than 2 years. The grounds are disgusting
.They have recently raised the rents to an exorbitant amount without any warning. I have spoken with several residents and they are devastated. The office personnel leave a lot to be desired. This place has new administration, and they don’t really care about people who live in these apartments. My car’s Catalytic converter was stolen and administration was not able to alert everyone who live here about it. You will see tenants come and go. I have been living here for almost 6 years but with this year will be my last because of the new administration.

Lived at Regency at Longhill a little over a year. We have seen office staff as well as maintenance staff come and go. We dealt with severe mold on many occasions with children whom have asthma/allergies and were told it’s “normal” increase of rent with no notice despite lease terms, no upkeep of unit/property grounds a mess, no preventative Maint, lack of communication amongst office staff, any Maint request the reply was “it’s not their responsibility “ package service removed with no notice… office barely open.
