Autumn Wind Apartments

I have lived in this community for the past 10 years and I can honestly say that its a good place to live. If there's a problem with your apartment or neighbors management takes care of it as soon as possible. A big plus is that it's really close to the elementary, middle and high schools which your kids may attend.

This place is wonderful. If you are looking for a peacefully place to live I would highly recommend this place. I have 4 years living here and the neighbors are good neighbors. The office staff Claudia and Brandi are very respectful and Responsible. They can help you in so many ways depending in your needs. The Diversity in this place is what makes this place wonderful and it is affordable. Also, its very clean and has a lot space for parking. This place is absolutely horrid. I lived here for 2 yrs. always paid my rent ahead of time, never caused any issues. After a wind storm knocked a huge tree on my roof, putting a hole in it, my ceiling began to leak. At one point my ceiling looked like a waterfall. I had to push and argue with them for almost 3 months to fix it. I ended up having to email the owner in Florida before anything finally got done. Not anytime during all of this did they deduct anything from my rent or help me. Due to… the hole in the roof, my electric bill skyrocketed, again they did not help with this. I had to move out for over a week (paid for up front by myself out of pocket, then reimbursed by my renters insurance) Never did they deduct rent for the week I was not in the apartment. After I finally moved out, they sued me for back rent that I did not pay (1.5 months worth). Then after receiving a judgment for that they were supposed to mail me information of where to pay it, but they failed to do so. Instead they went straight to my employer and had my wages garnished. Now I have been trying for weeks to call them and get the information so that I can pay this judgment off, but they refuse to answer or return my calls. I'm so thrilled to be living here at Autumn Winds. The office staff Brandi and Claudia are wonderful, so helpful, cheerful, and they really put in the effort to make things work for you. The grounds are clean and manicured. I enjoy that the neighborhood is situated deep in the property so even though it's located off a busy main road it doesn't feel like it, kids have plenty of room to roam without the fear of them getting close to traffic.
