Overall great experience at Loudoun Heights. Only complaint I have is that some owners are lazy and do not clean up after their dogs. Maintenance guys are the best. Respectful, kind and always fixing the issue within 24 hours, even on Sunday.

I am a former resident of 4 years. Every 12 months a new lease was signed, never received any new updates, new carpet (not even cleaned), or fresh paint. At move out I was charged over 2,000 for carpet cleaning and paint which is ridiculous. This was done to keep my security deposit. Don't let staff /management fool you, they are all about money and will do whatever to get it out of you and your family.

Loudoun Heights Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and does a great job. Great location, well-kept, ample parking, and large trash compactor bins/pick-up. We have lived here for 5 years and love it!! Highly recommend!
