The staff is friendly and responsive. I have lived at this location for 6 months now and can tell you that every issue from maintenance to addressing my concerns were prioritized, scheduled and completed to my satisfaction. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, trash is picked up at your door, the gym is always kept clean. Looking forward to summer when I can use the pool.

The apartments are nice, but the management is awful. I have lived here for 2 years and since the 2 years management is changed at least 3 different times. They change their policies left and right. The parking is terrible, each person is suppose to have one spot in front of the building, but our RESERVED spot is not. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would be zero stars if I could. This place is terrible. Where do I start?

1. Every communication that come from management has some kind of threat and or hostile tone. These threats can range from having you car towed, to fines for unprovable noise complaints, to them revoking certain privileges for various reasons.

2. The parking situation is terrible here. Recently they have implemented assigned parking where everyone gets a whopping one parking spot. A person visiting or your spouse will... have to walk around 100 yards to your apartment depending on where your apartment is.

3. They won't tell you a specific day they will enter your apartment for maintenance. They give you a date range and expect you to lock up your pet the entire range.

4. The breezeways between buildings are rather dirty. As another reviewer stated they concrete is not sealed and therefore stains anytime something is spilled.

Overall I regret ever signing this lease. I hope you do not make the same mistake I did. As other reviews have said this is not luxury living, please do not let the good looks fool you into moving here. Read More

The management staff and leasing office staff really sold me into leasing at Stonegate. Maintenance is knowledgeable and quick to respond! The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is close to charlottesville without all the added congestion. I love it here!

What could be a nice new place is definitely NOT. Go visit any of the entry ways of any of the buildings-horrible to say the least!! Upper management apparently does not care as tenants have been complaining since last year. Parking is horrible-management have been stating parking passes coming since December 2017and nothing but lies. This place is starting to look worse than some of the older communities in town. There has been at least 4 different managers in the past 6months as well as 3... different maintenance guys in the past 3-4 months. Just awful. I would not recommend this community to anyone at this point-and that is keeping it real!!! They will not get my money after my lease is up-not renewing. Major disappointment here. Read More
