This newly renovated condo can sleep up to eight guests comfortably and comes equipped with many modern, high-end finishes that will enhance your ultimate Vermont vacation, including Thermador appliances and a wine fridge for your enjoyment. The space was expertly designed with the guest experience in mind, providing all the amenities needed for a truly memorable experience. As a guest, you will also have access to Timber Creek Resort's amenities, ranging from an indoor pool and hot tub to tennis courts, a large gym, racquetball courts, a game room, and on-site cross-country ski trails.
Guests will have full access to the property and resort amenities, which include a gym, indoor pool, sauna, and tennis courts. A brand new outdoor pool is coming in Summer 2024. During the winter, firewood is provided directly outside your door.
Nestled in the heart of Vermont's famed Green Mountains, the town of West Dover is dominated by the beautiful vista of Mount Snow, which overlooks the area. Route 100 is the main road running through town, and you'll find many shops, restaurants, and sporting goods stores as you drive through town and take in the beautiful views. You are just a short drive from Wilmington, the slopes of Haystack, and Stratton Mountain. This property is also a short drive away from some local natural bathing areas popular in the summer with both family and LGBT crowds, such as The Ledges in Wilmington and Rock River in Brattleboro.
The property is located in South Central Vermont, and the area is most easily accessible by car. As this mountainous part of Vermont receives lots of snow and is perfect for skiers, four-wheel-drive vehicles are recommended during the winter months. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found to be smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Please be mindful of the maximum capacity of the house; guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity.
