The condo is up one flight of stairs inside the front door.
Beyond the bedrooms, the condo boasts an array of amenities to enhance your stay. High-speed Wi-Fi and various streaming services are available to keep you connected and entertained, while the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch to your evenings in. The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit are open from Memorial Day to mid-September. Construction work will be underway from May through November 2024 and 2025, with scaffolding and potential noise. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work. The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only allowed outside and 75 feet away from the building. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Pets are not allowed, with a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. No parties, large groups, or events are allowed. A community laundry room is available in each building, but the condo does not have its own washer and dryer. Winter maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios. The town has well water high in mineral content, so bottled water is recommended if you do not like the taste.
