Who runs this place?

Tried to apply, had to set an appt. Applied with a housing voucher, needed a co signer. Got one…my co signer then needed to make $10,000 a month to rent. This places policy’s are horrible and they are not helpful at all.

Not managed well!

I've lived here for 2 years. This community has the ability to be great, however, lack of Management has been an issue. Maintenance is FANTASTIC and they try their best, but the kids here are awful, and I mean downright disrespectful and disgusting! They run around without supervision, peeing in the grass, breaking people's car lights, walking on roofs, throwing trash everywhere, throwing rocks at cars, etc. When I'm inside my unit, I LOVE it. My unit is beautiful, but you have to leave your... windows closed to enjoy your home (to block out what's happening outside) and hope for the best with your car.

Absolutely horrible experience moving out read reviews they are all true, office never responds and leasing managers have no clue what’s going on, THEY NEVER ANSWER DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

Never gets back to you

I left 3 voicemails, 4 emails and 1 text message just to see if I could do a tour. I even tried to schedule one on their site and it just completely crashed and told me to call. What a total waste of time.

Will waste your time

Wasted over 2 months of my time, kept rescheduling over and over led me on to believe I was getting the place, then ultimately told me that I don’t even qualify. Thanks for nothing. Look elsewhere if you don’t like your time wasted.
