It's a nice place to live, the balcony is really nice, its great to have an extra room by the balcony for storage. The apartment is close to good places to eat and the community room is nice. The staff are friendly.

The traffic noise is insanely loud and all the residents in my building smoke so you can't open windows or doors for fresh air. The maintenance staff gets a 10/10. They are prompt and try to solve all maintenance problems.

The managers are great and maintenance is awesome I put work order in and he came the next day and fixed my problem and they are very understanding with anything you tell them all you have to do is communicate with them so my experience with them is great!
