We have enjoyed the quiet area and like that it's a small community. The grounds are taken care of and look neat. I would have liked better accommodations for gym use. The hours are not align with early morning or late workout with people's work schedule.

It is nice and quiet around here. The only thing is that something the trash area gets piled up all outside the garbage compactor cause some residents gets too lazy to open it up to throw their garbage away

It's a Small complex so that's a nice thing for me. On the East Hill so close to a lot you may want our need. Bus lines close. It's a generally quiet area even though a block of the main road.

Beat rental experience ever

We've been here for nearly 20 years, had a number of different managers under the old ownership. It was a really nice place to live. Under the new ownership it's even better! Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Maintenance issues, which are few, are addressed promptly and courteously. If you had a six-star option, I would select that.
