How Is This Rating Determined?

Maintenance is lacking, Parking is dark at night.

Security lights are needed at night, Cars are broken into, Catalytic converters are stolen, Lack of light is a security issue, no security cameras, carports have lights that are not turned on. Maintenance takes months and months to repair items.

Great place to call home!

I can't say enough great things about the management. They are great with helping you resolve any issue. The location is great, close to everything. If you need an apartment with managment that cares, this is your place. You'll love it here!

It's close to stores and the bus line, has covered parking and the tenants are friendly.
