A blight in our neighborhood

Having lived in the neighborhood for 10+ years, i can say without a doubt that this property has become an eyesore of trash and a magnet for the homeless and overnight camping in the parking area. If there is manager onsite, I don't understand how they can not see what the place has become in the last year. I used to walk down the paved alley by the red maple parking on my way to the corner store, but I detour now because of the people that hang out there. The yard looks like a homeless camp. I... can see by the pictures that the apartments look very nice, but be warned that the exterior does not match the interior.

Hello - Thank you for your feedback! Red Maple Apartments has a new owner of about two years ago, and recently completed a major renovation of the building inside and out! We have upgraded our apartments with fresh new cabinetry, granite counter-tops... , stainless steel appliances, luxury fixtures and finishes and so much more! The renovation work was completed in July, 2020, and we have addressed safety and security concerns as part of the upgrade as well. We hope you will come by and see all that we have done; we are sure you will be pleasantly surprised!
