RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Negative 10000000000000 stars but they MAKE YOU SELECT at least 1 STAR. I moved from across the country and literally the DAY BEFORE I arrived, Mireya, the so called "Senior Leasing Consultant" not only switched our unit for the 3rd time but also increased our rent by $100/mo and tried to lock us into an annual lease. Bait and switch! We lost 2 weeks of concessions because of this and gained a higher monthly rent payment. This employee and establishment has zero integrity. Her communication has... been about as clear and transparent as mud and it took maintenance a week to come out when we first moved in. We applied and were approved for a 5th floor apartment overlooking a wooded area, we were changed to a 1st floor apartment near the smelly dog park. We do not have pets. The stench of the animals waste is disgusting as residents allow their pets to relieve themselves essentially in my back yard, which is NOT the dog park. Half pet owners do not clean up after there animals which is toxic and hazardous to human health. Our apartment was nearly broken into the first night we were here. We had some creepy guy trying to get in our sliding door with a flashlight and then was knocking on our windows and staring in our window at my daughter! Called the police, they were amazing and told us where to move and recommended moving ASAP. There are giant rats in the dumpster area. Garbage is piling up outside the dumpsters within a day after they are emptied. The units smell like animal urine and it was filthy the day we moved in yet Mireya told us how the apartment was just cleaned, she knew because the carpets were wet. Clearly, her sense of smell is not working either. I asked a handful of questions that she said he did not know as she did not work full time at this apartment complex to which she denied saying at a later date. The carpet smelled so bad that I had to have them install new carpet in all bedrooms, and call out the cleaners to deep clean all the filthy black floors. The outlets all throughout the apartment do not hold plugs in the walls. Some even spark when I go to plug things in! I notified management and still no word back. Glad we are SAFE here at the Seasons. A HUGE disappointment for someone coming from out of state and excited about the prospect of Seattle and Washington as a whole. We are now stuck in a 6 month lease and cannot WAIT to move out.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations after moving into our community. The unit change you described occurred because your originally selected home wasn’t available on your preferred date. We provided the option to stay with your original... choice or move into a different apartment that was ready sooner, though it carried different pricing based on its vacancy history.
Our team completed all requested repairs and carpet replacement promptly upon move-in, and we strive to maintain consistent communication with every resident. We understand how stressful moving across the country can be and regret that your experience didn’t reflect the welcoming environment we aim to provide.
The safety and comfort of our residents are always priorities. While isolated incidents in the surrounding area are beyond our control, we work closely with local authorities to maintain a secure community. If you’d like to discuss your concerns directly, please contact us at manager@seasonswa.com or 253-201-1241.
Thank you,
The Seasons at Lea Hill Village Management Team
