Dangerous Garage Hazard

?A portion of the garage ceiling has caved in, leaving heavy insulation hanging exposed directly above driving areas. Management has taken zero precautions—no warning tape, no cones, and no safety alerts sent to residents.

Zero Respect for Resident Privacy

Management posts private 30-day notices displaying full resident names and financial breakdowns directly on front doors in public hallways. Publicly shaming tenants by exposing confidential legal notices to all neighbors is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Move here, and your private info could be next. Look elsewhere for a property that respects privacy.

We have supported amendments to the law which allow tenants the right to opt out of receiving notices in this… fashion; however, the legislature has thus far denied these suggested revisions to the law on service of notices.

Broken Garage Gate

My overall living experience here has been negatively impacted by persistent security issues. The main garage entry gate has been broken and left wide open for months, allowing outside access to private parking spaces.

Safety and Security Concerns Regarding Surrounding Areas

A recent vehicle fire and explosion in the adjacent street parking area created major safety concerns for residents. The lack of visible security and surveillance in the surrounding areas makes walking around the complex at night feel unsafe.
