Alder Pointe Apartments

We've been with Alder Pointe for a year now. We quickly knew that the managment was an as long as you pay rent, you won't hear from us ever, kind of operation. Which honestly i like that kind of managing as long as everything goes how it should.
We also quickly realized that the parking is terrible. We finally asked about paid parking after 2 month's of being forced to park on the other side of the complex due to terrible parking, i finally asked about a paid parking spot. We we're… told that there is a waiting list and they're so sorry. After 5 months of living here we finally got a message about paid spot from hailey and that we can use it free for 3 months. Even though it was a terrible 5 months of parking we thought nice, at least this should take care of some parking issues. We'll it would, but we quicklyrealized that because of the terrible free parking, that tenants end up parking in paid spots, im assuming because all the free parking is taken so they feel that whyb should they have to park further from their home. This has happened 6 total times to us and we continue to see tenants that obviously don't have a paid spot parking in different car ports nightly. We've reached out to Tim numerous times and his response was didn't we give you that spot for free, totally unprofessional.
Hailey is no longer here, but the parking was terrible even when she was here. Parking is a peace of mind, you want to know you have just as much chance to get as close to your apartment as you can, but with the out of control mess that Tim has no plans of taken care of, its not worth the hassel.
