The garage is not available for use and is not advertised as part of the rental. All guest-accessible areas, including the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen, are located on the main level. The lower level offers access to a laundry room and a bathroom. There are additional locked rooms in the home that are not part of the rental and remain unoccupied at all times. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and pick up after them. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
