Park 433 has done a great job in completing contemporary updates on most of the units within the past 2-3 years. Quartz countertops, open living/kitchen/dining layout which is ideal for entertaining. Among the nice updates are in unit washer and dryer, laminate wood style plank floors, and spa/suite inspired bathrooms. Modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances.

Moreover, residents have dedicated parking. The best part is the location and friendly neighbors. It's a quaint property 8-10... minutes' walk to main shopping and restaurants, which can't be beat! Car optional :)

The location of this small community apartment is hard to beat. Convenient bus access, upcoming Link Rail is only a few minutes drive, close proximity to all shopping needs. I've eliminated driving as much since living here.

Another great thing about this place is the diversity of long term residents, so it has become more like home as opposed to just an apartment building.

There seems to be a lot of ongoing improvement projects lately as well. On that note I hope to see an updated garden... area with a cozy firepit pretty soon! (so the residents could actually enjoy the garden year round) Read More

Liked the apartments and Matt was very helpful. My wife and I decided to wait a little longer before deciding to move. If there are apartments that open up in future i will definitely give Matt a call

Grounds are messy, hard to get maintenance, no central lobby so packages sit outside your door which is easy for theft, and thin walls. The building on the outside has no charm, just a grey building with no security.
