Home sweet home

Grounds are immaculate, landscape crew is on top of it weekly! Rent is very competitive for the area. Home is spacious, two bedroom two bath 1100 square feet, it's pretty good for this area. Right by the bus line, management is always helpful, maintenance knows his stuff!

Great place to live

Anyone who leaves a bad review on this place is a very stubborn and entitled person. I’ve lived here for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with the maintenance, the quick email responses from management, and the community. It feels very homey. The apartments are definitely soundproof, and honestly, I have no complaints yet

A wonderful place to live

When we moved in here, we were not expecting such a friendly management team. Any time we've ever had anything wrong with our apartment it is always been fixed right away. I have been noticing the manager and maintenance are constantly up keeping the landscape themselves, on top of the landscape company who comes out to mow the yard. It seems as if the manager and maintenance team take pride in working here as if it is their own home. Walking through the courtyard is a wonderful experience with… all of the new trees they have planted. Just come for yourself and take a look and you will know what I'm talking about. On top of that, the apartments are very spacious, I love my back patio as it shows the view of the courtyard which I adore. It is a very quiet community, besides the sprinklers at night, but that's no big deal. Nothing really to complain about. I highly recommend Villa Bonita, it's also one of the cheapest places around this part of Kirkland.

Best bang for your buck

The location is excellent; rent rates at every good;management is attentive and friendly - this is the place you want to be!
