I’ve lived there for a year, always made payments on time. Returned the unit in a excellent shape, they still had my security deposit but than they send me to debt collector for $30 dollars I have no idea for what. They have my contact info but never contacted me to take care of those $30 dollars. Now it’s on my credit

Venn was my first apartment in Washington and it was overall a great experience! I would recommend this apartment if you don't mind the cost.
Pros:
-Located walking distance from Lincoln Square shopping
-550 bus stop to Seattle is right across the street. Very convenient if you don't have a car!
-Fantastic rooftop grill area with spacious seating.
-Pet friendly (includes pet washing station and a grass area on the roof for animals). The Bellevue downtown park is located 2 minutes away!
-Parking... is located underground with a gate for added security.
-Maintenance is responsive and helpful
-There is someone at the front desk to help you almost always until 7pm
-They have a package system called "Parcel Pending" which works similar to Amazon Locker
-Noise from neighbors is almost non existent.
I could make this list very long, but these are the things that stick out the most.
Cons:
-Expensive. This is a luxurious apartment. I would look elsewhere if you're trying to save money.
-Parking cost me around ~150$ per month.
-There is no A/C (this is typical in this area however)
