Southwood Apartments

Eric has been a great community manager! Made the move in process easy and was willing to work with me and my situation of moving back to Seattle from Spokane! Property is quite for the most part, haven’t had any major problems or disruptions.

We have lived in these apartments for 3 years and the manager Jasmina is the worst if you dont agree with what she has to say. Also when we have ask to have something fixed it takes months and months to get it done and the job is never done compete or well done several other neighbors have said this has happened to them as well

I lived in this apartment for 4 years. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful community, and the manager is so nice. Loved it.

My relative lived in this complex for 7 months. He cleaned after himself, gave new address. In 20 days after he moved out he got a call from collection agency. They took all his deposit (in lease it says 300, but he actually paid 400 with a check), and still has to pay 300. He didn't receive any call, bells or emails from management.

I lived in this complex for 7 months, didn't extend lease, gave proper notice, cleaned after myself, gave my new address. In 20 days after moving out I got a call from collection agency and got a move out sheet from them. So they took all my deposit (in lease it says $300, but according to check from bank I paid $400), and I still have to pay $300. I didn't receive any call, bill or email from management. It's first time for my 10 years living in USA.
