Downstairs, you'll find a spacious area with a queen bed and a pull-out couch, perfect for family gatherings. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees at $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. There are about 30 steps from the main road going down to the house. This pet-friendly home requires that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens and should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no smoking or vaping policy on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
