Camas Ridge Apartments

I moved to Camas from Cincinnati, OH over a year ago. I found Camas Ridge Apartments online and flew out to meet with property manager Katie. Typically they’re at 100% occupancy, however due to lucky timing there was a future opening. Relocating from Ohio to Washington and leasing an apartment without ever seeing it was unsettling although Katie made it as painless as possible. She went above and beyond dealing with long distance documents and paperwork.
The apartment is quiet, spacious,… peaceful and extremely private for apartment living. I never get tired of the view of the gorge and Mt Hood from my picture windows. Katie, the manager, was immediately helpful and she gave me a tour of the available studio on site. I was instantly impressed by the layout, amenities, and surrounding area. So many great things to mention about these apartment homes! Very attractive kitchen with nice appliances & cabinets. I like the countertops, flooring and wall color choices. I have a beautiful view from my place and a large deck. My child really enjoys the playground & spacious grass area to play on. Katie the Community Manager is terrific! She is friendly, helpful, takes great pride in this community & it shows. She has immediately addressed and corrected any concerns I've had. I really enjoy living here. I moved in almost a year ago and really like the space in the kitchen, the new appliances and the contemporary feel of the place. The manager Katie is very kind and helpful. My only issue living here is that fact that other residents slam doors often and loudly. It is very thoughtless of them. However, any issue I bring to management has been handled right away. I don't bother telling her about the slamming doors as a complaint because these residents lack manners,… and no one can instill managers into grown adults. They either have them or they don't. Therefore, on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Camas Ridge a 9 due to awesome management and the lovely apartments. Read More
