Great community vibe and extremely dog friendly. Our experience at The Casey has been very positive. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, they really do create a friendly community vibe by hosting get togethers and sincerely engaging with the residents.

Maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and professionally by the maintenance staff, they do an excellent job! Other concerns and nuisance issues are addressed quickly to ensure all residents experience a quiet and respectful... living environment.

The valet Trash Service is a unique add-on that we have never experienced before, it's nice to have garbage picked up at your door every weekday.

The community itself is beautiful, very nice common areas, large community living room with a pool table and two large TVs, excellent free coffee maker, large gym with high end equipment, a separate community library / work area on the second floor, secure mailroom, large fenced in dog areas along with multiple smaller dog rest areas all over the property.

The buildings are surrounded by a natural protected green zone, if you're into birding, this is an excellent place to observe the wildlife from your windows (lots of hummingbirds and swallows).

The dedicated duck and pond areas are one of my favorite things at The Casey!! There are multiple types of friendly ducks and geese that are excited to meet you. I usually start my day by going out to the duck area, I am quickly surrounded by a group of hungry duckies that love getting grub worms for a morning treat.

There's also a community garden area and a pickleball court.

Most of the residents are professional, respectful, and extremely friendly. My husband and I feel very comfortable in this community. The Casey is the first apartment community we lived in that really does have a strong community vibe with respectful residents and staff. It feels more like a higher end condo community then your average apartment complex.

Attention to detail I appreciate Conrad’s quick attention to detail, no matter how small. As a result the grounds stay beautiful and all equipment functions perfectly!

A wonderful place to call home I am always in awe of the management at the Casey. Conrad and Barry are friendly, caring and efficient, handling any and all concerns with true professionalism. Brandon is always on top of maintaining a beautiful clean facility. They make every effort to ensure that residents feel safe and happy. There is no better place to call home.

The greatest team Our family has been living at Casey Apartments for 7 months now. Everything—from our home to the overall environment—has been extremely comfortable, clean, healthy, and safe. All the conditions needed for a truly pleasant living experience are very well provided.
Most importantly, the office operations and staff are at an exceptionally high professional level. They are incredibly kind, respectful, and always make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They approach their work with... genuine care and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
