The Oliveen

The location is great with its proximity to stores and restaurants while also being distant enough that is stays relatively quiet. The maintenance staff does a great job of taking care of the grounds and are very responsive when help is needed. It’s also great having a pool on property for the summer months. My biggest complaints are still the loudness of the hallway entrance doors. This is probably mostly an issue if you have a unit directly touching those. They are loud and also resonate... through the walls. You can imagine how fun that is at all hours of the night. The other problem is the ceiling insulation at least seems inadequate. I’ve met with our upstairs neighbor a few times thinking there was something excessive going on because it sounded like we were living beneath a bowling alley. The Oliveen is an upscale apartment community that offers friendly staff and great amenities. Their attention to providing and maintaining a clean environment makes you feel good about living here!

The building is clean, parking is easy, the hallways are a little warm though. But overall the other residents are quiet and respectful from what I’ve seen.

Was a beautiful unit and am interested in living there permanently. Management was awesome. Love the pool and how close it is to Costco and Walmart

I love how modern and safe the Oliveen is. I see lots of happy pet owners but never hear a dog. The workout facility is well equipped and the location is ideal.
