Great place, great location, and great staff! Highly would recommend! The activities are fun, the gym is nice, and the maintenance folks do their best to keep the place running smooth!

The Trio Pointe community is well maintained. I have nice and helpful neighbors. I have 90% of what I need within a five mile radius. It is quiet but 2-3 miles away you have everything you need for shopping, food and entertainment.

Paying for higher cost of rent when the gate is broken, paying for assigned parking spaces and the electric bill of outside lighting is ridiculous. Not limited to very poor landscaping working and there’s more mud spaces than grass. What used to be mulch is gone and that causes injury to dog paw pads. The sprinkler hoses are completely visible and not attractive for the cost of rent I pay, does not seem worth it.
